Key Reinvention Take-Aways from Tom’s Interview:

  • You need to have a great support system around you; surround yourself with friends and people with the same mission — It will make your reinvention better
  • If you’re thinking about reinventing, make grit part of your plan. Grit = persistence.  You have to have drive.
  • Set a meaningful goal. Realize it is going to be hard and there will be failures. If it was easy, everyone would be doing it.
