Eileen Donnelly started her career in sales as a representative for Proctor & Gamble, quickly migrating to customer service management for Avon and furniture company F. Schumacher.  As her job responsibilities took her further into the realm of IT and operations, Eileen considered transitioning her career in this direction. She pivoted and moved into higher education, where a position with Wilmington University that afforded advancement encouraged her to pursue her doctorate, and today she wears dual hats in a challenging but rewarding career.
